These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of products through this store and form the agreement between the customer and the store for each order. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they are authorized to use the payment method, and that the purchase is for personal use and not for resale unless expressly agreed in writing. Products and descriptions. We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, fit, compression, and care. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, and minor variation in color, texture, and finish is normal in textile products and is not a defect. Measurements and fit guidance are approximate and intended to help selection, not to guarantee a specific fit on a specific body. If a product does not match its description in a material way, it is eligible for return under the Refund Policy regardless of the general eligibility rules.

Pricing and currency. All prices are listed in USD, and all transactions are settled in USD. Prices are those displayed at the time of order and may change without notice. Where a sitewide offer is running, it applies to all eligible products as described at the time of purchase; offers may be changed or ended at any time before an order is placed. If a pricing error is discovered before an order ships, we may cancel the order and refund the amount charged in full. We do not charge more than the amount shown at checkout.

Shipping, duties, and fees. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no threshold. Returns and refunds. The return window is sixty days from delivery. Refunds are processed within five to ten days after a returned item is received and inspected. Customers should contact us through the Contact page before returning an item, and should not send returns to the address on the parcel without confirming with us first.

Payment. Payment is due at the time of order. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors, and the customer’s use of a payment method is subject to the terms of the provider. We do not store payment card numbers. Where a payment is declined, the order will not be processed, and the customer may be asked to use an alternative method. Where fraud screening flags an order, we may contact the customer for verification or cancel and refund the order.

Order acceptance. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the order is processed and handed to the carrier. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error is material, where payment cannot be verified, where the order appears fraudulent, or where fulfillment is prevented by circumstances outside our control. Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount charged is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Risk and title. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery, subject to the delivery-issue provisions in the Shipping Policy. Title passes on delivery or on full payment, whichever occurs later. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund in accordance with the Refund Policy, and the customer is not required to absorb the loss.

Intellectual property. All content on this store, including text, images, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to the store and is protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a purchase. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of store content without written permission is not permitted. Product names and descriptions are original to this store, and nothing on this store grants any right to use the intellectual property of any other company.

Acceptable use. Customers agree not to use this store for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, not to interfere with the store’s operation, not to place fraudulent orders, and not to misuse return or refund processes. Force majeure. Where such circumstances affect an order, we will contact affected customers and offer a replacement, a refund, or a revised delivery estimate as appropriate.

Governing terms and changes. These Terms of Purchase may be updated to reflect changes in law or operations. The version published on this page at the time of an order governs that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
